When will my pre-order be confirmed?
Your pre-order is only confirmed after ObstaX manually verifies your deposit payment and proof of payment.
How do I know whether my proof of payment was received?
After a successful submission, you will see your order ID on the pre-order page. If you are unsure whether your upload went through, contact us and share that order ID.
Do I need to choose a subscription tier now?
No. You may choose your subscription tier any time up to the fulfilment date, so there is no lock-in at the point of pre-order.
Is the device cost included in the subscription price?
No. The subscription price does not include the device cost. The device cost is currently estimated at SGD 79 and will be collected later together with the remaining plan amount, after deducting your deposit.
Can I update my contact details after submitting?
Yes. Contact ObstaX support by email or WhatsApp and we can help update your details for an existing pre-order.
